Almond Rice Salad


Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick-cookig brow rice
2 tablespoos slivered almods, toasted
1/3 cup fiely chopped celery
1/3 cup raisis

Preparation:
Cook rice according to instructions on the packet. Combine rice, almonds, celery and sultanas in a serving bowl. Serve cold or at room temperature.
